The vines of this Moscofilero are located at an altitude of 750m in Mantinia and are on average 29 years old. They are mainly sandy soils with a yield of 45 hl/ha.
- Tasting Notes: Light white-yellow color. Fresh floral aromas of violets and honeysuckle with citrus and sweet lemon. Full-bodied, lively acidity (6.1 g/l), elegant and balanced with a long finish.
- Vinification: 4-hour skin contact at 12˚C, fermented in stainless steel at 16˚C, no malolactic fermentation.
- Pairing: Ideal for light dishes, seafood, salads, and as a versatile wine for various occasions.
With 12% alcohol, it is a wonderfully light accompaniment to an infinite number of dishes and occasions.
