This majestic little “teardrop” olive was harvested when the olives were still green and immature to produce the so-called “Agourelaio” (Early Harvest), which ensures powerful antioxidant and health-promoting properties.

It features a spectacularly high polyphenol content while maintaining a harmonious balance.

Exceptionally vibrant deep green colour, velvety texture with a strong fruity characteristic flavor and a scent of freshly cut grass, green leaves and wild herbs. Its flavor is powerfully fresh, pungent and complex, yet harmonious with subtle notes of artichoke and green pepper, offering a rich and lingering spicy finish.

These characteristics are typical of an early harvest high polyphenolic olive oil and together with its harmonious balance contribute to the distinctive character of the Koroneiki variety.
